Chef Jeff Hunt says he was always a little curious about food, but when he started going to culinary school, he quickly became hooked. Originally from Southern California, Jeff has been cooking since he was 18 and worked in a handful of Southern Oregon restaurants, including Standing Stone Brewery and the iconic Omar's. He landed the job at Belle Fiore and was excited to expand his knowledge and love for pairing food and wine. He says working in a winery kitchen allows him to be more creative, but he's also striving for perfection.
