Rellik Winery is more than just a vineyard; it's an experience. “Walls come down in the summertime, roof comes off, and it goes to being outside again,” says Rellik Winery Managing Member Delando Pegan, referring to the glassed-in patio area. From the time they opened five years ago, the property has been under construction, with new additions and renovations happening every year.

“We were lucky enough when we came there was 35- to 40-year-old Cabernet [Sauvignon vines], we’ve been slowly replacing that with new plantings and adding new varietals," Delando says. The vineyard is always growing and evolving to offer the best wines possible. However, the property is not just about the vines, as there are plenty of other features to keep visitors entertained.

The Rellik House is a residence on site that has been renovated into three suites with a common area, perfect for those looking to stay overnight. They have also added a commercial kitchen, which is used by Chef Skye Elder, who creates amazing lunch and dinner options for guests. The winery's goal is to create an experience that goes beyond just wine tasting and allows guests to stay and play.

The pool area was a recent addition to the property, providing guests with a place to relax and cool off during the hot summer months. This year, the outdoor deck is being enclosed, which will provide guests with a space to enjoy the vineyard views. The property is continuing to grow and evolve to provide a special experience for guests.

One of the most unique features of the winery is the animals. The famous alpacas are still on the property and are always a hit with visitors. Rellik also added two miniature donkeys, beehives, and chickens. The animals add to the overall experience, making it feel like a true escape from the city, while adding biodiversity to the property.

The winery offers special events throughout the spring and summer months. Including, “dinners in the vineyard – family style or nice sit-down plated dinner,” reports Delando. The food is amazing, and the wine is even better, making it the perfect way to spend an evening.
