Irvine & Roberts Sparkles
ROGUE BUBBLES
|

The inaugural vintage release of Irvine & Roberts Vineyards 2018 Blancs de Blancs Sparkling Wine was one of the season's most anticipated new releases in Rogue Valley Wine Country.

Although official ratings aren't yet in, early reports are that Irvine & Roberts Blancs de Blancs is an exceptional first vintage.

Produced using the Méthode Champenoise the wine was slow-aged on the lees for 37 months before being disgorged in small batches.

These beautiful bubbles were made entirely from Chardonnay grown on their high-elevation estate vineyard near Ashland, Oregon.
