It's a little gem in Phoenix, Oregon, right in the middle of Rogue Valley Wine Country. A small cheese shop filled with Oregon cheeses, hard-to-find cheeses from around the world, fresh-made French baguettes, local jams and jellies, crackers and of course, a small selection of wines. Oregon Cheese Cave owner Melodie Picard, originally from Normandy, France says she put her heart and soul in this shop and when it comes down to it, it's all about the customer and making cheese fun.
