The 2023 Oregon Chocolate Festival kicks off with the popular Chocolate Makers Dinner. Ashland Springs Hotel Executive Chef Franco Console says it takes a couple months of planning, about a month of preparation for 5 courses paired with Rogue Valley wines and every dish contains some form of chocolate.
