It was a job he wasn't expecting, but says "it was just meant to be." Brian "Boots" English had a restaurant in Ashland and swore he'd never do it again, but found his place at Dunbar Farms. He's expanded the menu and the kitchen, creating an outdoor pizza oven, fired with some of the wood from the oak trees on the property. He believes in composting, using the freshest and best ingredients, and putting love into everything that comes out of the kitchen.
