When you visit Rogue Valley Wine Country look for Bluehorn Blue from Rogue Creamery on menus. If you're a turophile following food trends, then the name Rogue Creamery may ring a cowbell for you. It’s probably because their Rogue River Blue was dubbed Best Cheese in the World at the prestigious 2020 World Cheese Awards in Bergamo, Italy. Now the acclaimed creamery has teamed up with Troon Vineyards to produce Bluehorn Blue – a blue cheese soaked in Troon’s Syrah. Troon is Oregon’s only biodynamic and organic-regenerative certified winey. We’re excited to see what accolades the cheese garners at the next World Cheese Awards.
