Ten sommeliers from around the country visited Rogue Valley Wine Country for a two-day Sommelier Enrichment Trip or what’s more affectionately called "Somm Camp". They visited eight wineries, tasted wines from 20 additional wineries exploring many of the Region’s 70+ wine varietals at the first ever "Rogue Valley Trade Tasting," and explored our culinary delights and our sense of welcome at restaurants and wineries alike.

Southern Oregon’s Troon Vineyard is the second vineyard in the world — and fourth farm overall — to receive the Regenerative Organic Alliance’s Regenerative Organic Certified Gold designation. It will also be the first winery to release wines with the Regenerative Organic Certified Gold label on them.

Ashland Springs Hotel Executive Chef Franco Console says it takes a couple months of planning, about a month of preparation for 5 courses paired with Rogue Valley wines and every dish contains some form of chocolate.
